RETURN & REFUND POLICY – NTNSRS

1. RETURNS

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items (unless defective)
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalised items


3. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


4. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

5. DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

All products carry a 6-month implied warranty under South African consumer law. If your item is defective:

  • You may request a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of delivery
  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective items


6. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns


7. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return:

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
