  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays
  • During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer


2. SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • South Africa: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier delays, location, or external factors.


3. SHIPPING RATES

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • Any free shipping promotions will be clearly shown on the website


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this to track your parcel until delivery.


5. DELAYS

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service delays
  • High order volumes
  • Weather conditions
  • Regional disruptions

NTNSRS is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the courier.


6. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply


7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • NTNSRS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
  • If your package is missing, please contact the courier first, then email us at ntnsrs7@gmail.com


8. CHANGES TO ORDERS

If you need to update your shipping details, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at ntnsrs7@gmail.com. After this period, changes may not be possible.
